Issued by the National Energy Administration on November 7, the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Coal and New Energy" sets out tasks including accelerating the development of photovoltaic and wind power in mining areas, advancing the clean replacement of energy consumption (covering the application of new energy mining trucks and the construction of charging and swapping stations/hydrogen refueling stations), innovating the utilization modes of green energy, and promoting the coordinated development of the coal industry chain and new energy. It clarifies that by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, remarkable achievements will be made in the integrated development of coal and new energy, and a number of clean and low-carbon mining areas will be built.
