The document proposes to provide fixed-sum subsidies for urban public bus and trolleybus enterprises to renew new energy city buses and replace power batteries, using funds from ultra-long special treasury bonds. The average subsidy per vehicle is 80,000 yuan; among them, the average subsidy for power battery replacement is 42,000 yuan per vehicle.
