On May 26, Shenzhen released the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Shenzhen Municipality. It clearly states that Shenzhen will build a new-generation world-class automobile city relying on the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, improve the whole industrial chain of new energy vehicles, and promote the implementation of vehicle-road-cloud integration scenarios. Meanwhile, it will improve the comprehensive transportation system, build an international aviation hub and a world-class port, deploy trunk railways, intercity railways and major transport hubs such as Xili Station, expand the operation scale of China-Europe Railway Express, and increase the frequency of international freight routes. It will foster new low-altitude transport formats, deploy low-altitude aircraft manufacturing and take-off and landing facilities, and expand low-altitude logistics and cross-border low-altitude routes.
