On May 13, four authorities including the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the Beijing Work Plan for Accelerating Scenario Cultivation and Open Application. It puts forward 18 scenario construction areas in 5 aspects, namely the modern industrial system with capital characteristics, expansion of domestic demand, urban governance, public services and capital security. By 2028, it strives to build more than 15 landmark major application scenarios at the national level, more than 100 municipal demonstration application scenarios, and promote the implementation of more than 200 new technologies and products. The document lists "low-altitude security" separately, clarifying the building of a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated three-dimensional low-altitude defense and disposal scenario.
