On May 7, the Zhejiang Action Plan for Accelerating New Scenario Construction and Application to Boost High-quality Scientific, Technological and Industrial Development (2026–2027) was released. It proposes that starting from 2026, more than 150 new scenarios will be opened each year to promote the first application and trial of new technologies and products, driving effective investment of over 300 billion yuan. The plan focuses on 5 major aspects and 24 key fields, covering artificial intelligence, hydrogen energy, energy conservation and carbon reduction, smart logistics and smart transportation, etc. It will build comprehensive major scenarios, high-value niche scenarios, integrated industrial scenarios and local characteristic scenarios at different levels and categories.
