On May 16, 6 authorities including the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Jinan Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Jinan Municipal Finance Bureau released the Implementation Plan for Fund Subsidies for Scrapping and Replacing Non-operational Diesel Trucks Meeting China IV Emission Standards in Jinan. It launches dual incentive policies of scrapping subsidy and renewal subsidy, and clarifies key contents such as subsidy objects, standards, implementation time and application procedures, to support high-quality green and low-carbon development.
