On July 3, the Ministry of Transport, together with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, theMinistry of Commerce, the State Post Bureau and China Post Group Corporation, officially released the Action Plan for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Integrated Development of Rural Passenger, Freight and Postal Services (2026–2028). Covering a three-year period, the document rolls out a new round of systematic arrangements for the integrated development of rural passenger transport, freight logistics and postal express services.
