On July 24, the Ministry of Transport, the State Railway Administration, the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the State Post Bureau issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Comprehensive Transport Services. The plan promotes integrated development, safety enhancement, digital and intelligent upgrading, and green transition of transportation. It sets phased development targets for 2030 and 2035, and puts forward 13 major indicators and 41 key tasks for the development of comprehensive transport services during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
