On August 27, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport issued the Implementation Plan for Logistics Network Development. Focusing on key links in logistics network development, the Plan arranges 17 key tasks under seven themes, including promoting the digital, intelligent and green development of logistics facilities and equipment, and shoring up weaknesses in urban and rural logistics infrastructure. By systematically optimizing network layout, remedying infrastructure deficiencies and strengthening technological empowerment, it advances the transformation and upgrading of logistics infrastructure from "deploying nodes and smoothing routes" to "forming chains and networks".The Implementation Plan states that by 2030, notable progress will be achieved in logistics network development. It will effectively realize close coordination between hubs and industries, internal and external connectivity of corridors and networks, green and intelligent facilities and equipment, as well as full-domain interconnection of rules and information.
