On November 27, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Action Plan to Effectively Reduce Logistics Costs Nationwide." The plan outlines 20 key tasks across areas such as deepening institutional reforms, promoting the integration of industrial and supply chains, improving the national logistics hub and corridor network, enhancing innovation-driven development, improving efficiency and quality, and increasing policy support and guidance.To strengthen innovation and efficiency, the plan proposes expanding the use of new energy logistics vehicles in urban distribution, postal, and express delivery services.
