On July 1, the "Industrial Development Plan for the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone (2025-2029)" was recently issued. The plan proposes building a collaborative innovation ecosystem for artificial intelligence (AI). It supports the construction of a next-generation brain-inspired AI public computing power open innovation platform, promotes full-domain opening of road testing and demonstration applications for intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs), and develops testing sandboxes and application scenarios for AI in key fields such as intelligent driving, healthcare, government services, and smart cities.
