On September 10th, six authorities including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Central Social Work Department, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) jointly issued recently "Notice on Launching a Special Rectification Campaign Against Online Chaotic Phenomena in the Automotive Industry" (referred to as the "Notice" below).
