On September 10, six departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Central Committee of Social Work Department, the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Notice on Carrying out a Special Campaign to Rectify Online Chaos in the Automotive Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice").
