The Study compiles the supply and demand situation of China's high-speed railroad and civil aviation passenger transportation markets, analyzes the current scale of passenger transportation, and makes predictions on future changes in the scale of passenger transportation. The Study measures the carbon emission reduction effects of different market sharing rates of high-speed rail and civil aviation, and puts forward policy recommendations for optimizing the passenger transport structure.
